The Pinehill Way

We have been talking about 'The Pinehill Way'

We did some little plays showing what went wrong and what we could do better using 'The Pinehill Way'

Today we played a game called Valleys and Mountains.



The Treasure Tree

In Room 11 we have been reading 
'The Treasure Tree' 
Written by John & Cindy Trent and Gary & Norma Smalley     
Illustrated by Judy Love

In this book we followed the adventures of a lion, an otter, a golden retriever and a beaver.
Then at the end of the story we answered some questions about ourselves to find out which character we are most like.  

This showed our personality strengths :)

We are most like the Lion - Strong leaders


We are most like the Otter - Fun and playful
We are most like the Bever -  perfect, neat and tidy
We are most like the Golden Retriever - peaceful and faithful

Walking School Bus

This morning the Walking School Bus came to visit 
Pinehill School.  Have you thought about coming to school with the Walking School Bus?

Meet Sam

Meet Sam our newest class member.  Sam is a piece of paper who we pretended was a new person to our class.  


We had turns being mean to Sam and then saying sorry to him.  We found that no matter how much we said sorry Sam was still hurt from the bad things we did and said to him.
